我們很開心能公告「國立清華大學獎勵英語授課教師專業成長試辦方案」。本方案旨在鼓勵EMI教師的專業成長，並增加本校各教學單位英語授課 (EMI) 課程的比例。

以下是方案重點：

• 適用對象： 本校專兼任教師，開設英語授課課程 (詳細資格要求請參閱方案細則)。
• 獎勵辦法：
  • 基礎獎勵： 每門課程新台幣5,000元。
  • 教師專業成長獎勵： 參與相關教學發展活動可額外獲得新台幣3,000元。
• 申請方式： 無需申請，符合資格者將自動獲得獎勵。
• 試辦期間： 自113學年度起，試辦一年。

Dear NTHU Faculty,

We are thrilled to announce the NTHU Pilot Program for Rewarding Faculty Professional Development in English-Medium Instruction (EMI). This program aims to encourage EMI instructors' professional development and increase the proportion of EMI courses across various academic institutions.

Here are the program highlights:

• Eligible Participants: Full-time and part-time faculty members of the university who offer courses taught entirely in English (please refer to the program details for specific eligibility requirements).
• Rewards:
  • Basic Reward: NT$5,000 per course.
  • Faculty Professional Development Reward: An additional NT$3,000 for participating in relevant teaching development activities.
• Application Process: No application is required. Eligible faculty members will automatically receive the rewards.
• Trial Period: Starting from the 113th academic year, the trial will last for one academic year.

If you have attended professional development activities held by the Center for Teaching and Learning Development or the Center for EMI Excellence of NTHU, you do not need to upload any proof.
